5 C.F.R. § 715.201 — Applicability.
§ 715.201 Applicability. This subpart applies to separation actions requested by employees in the executive departments and independent establishments of the Federal Government, including Government-owned or controlled corporations, and in those portions of the legislative and judicial branches of the Federal Government and the government of the District of Columbia having positions in the competitive service.
