5 C.F.R. § 550.907 — Relationship to additional pay payable under other statutes.
§ 550.907 Relationship to additional pay payable under other statutes. Hazard pay differential is in addition to any additional pay or allowances payable under other statutes. It shall not be considered part of the employee's rate of basic pay in computing additional pay or allowances payable under other statutes. [56 FR 20345, May 3, 1991]
