Participant Agreement.

§ 362.106 Participant Agreement. Agencies must execute a written Participant Agreement with each Pathways Participant that clearly identifies expectations, including but not limited to: (a) A general description of duties; (b) Work schedules; (c) The length of the appointment and termination date; (d) Mentorship opportunities; (e) Training requirements as applicable; (f) Evaluation procedures that will be used for the Participant; (g) Requirements for continuation and successful completion of the Program; and (h) Minimum eligibility requirements for noncompetitive conversion to term or permanent competitive service employment according to the requirements of the applicable Pathways Program.
