5 C.F.R. § 319.302 — Individual qualifications.
§ 319.302 Individual qualifications. Agency heads are delegated authority to approve the qualifications of individuals appointed to SL and ST positions. The agency head must determine that the individual meets the qualifications standards for the position to which appointed.
