5 C.F.R. § 302.106 — Vacancy announcements.
§ 302.106 Vacancy announcements. When an agency announces a vacancy in the excepted service, the announcement must contain a reasonable accommodation statement that complies with requirements in part 330, subpart A of this chapter.
