5 C.F.R. § 301.201 — Appointments of United States citizens recruited overseas.

§ 301.201 Appointments of United States citizens recruited overseas. When there is a shortage of eligible applicants, as defined at § 337.202 of this chapter, resulting from a competitive announcement that is open to applicants in the local overseas area, an agency may give an overseas limited appointment to a United States citizen recruited overseas for a position overseas.
