5 C.F.R. § 297.208 — Judicial review.

§ 297.208 Judicial review. Upon receipt of notification that the denial of access has been upheld on administrative review, the requester has the right to judicial review of the decision for up to 2 years from the date on which the cause of action arose. Judicial review may be sought in the district court of the United States in the district in which— (a) The requester resides; (b) The requester has his or her principal place of business; or (c) The agency records are situated; or it may be sought in the district court of the District of Columbia.
