5 C.F.R. § 214.301 — Exclusions.
§ 214.301 Exclusions. If not excluded from the Senior Executive Service by section 3132(a) (1) or (2) of title 5, United States Code, an agency, or unit thereof, may be excluded only under the provisions of section 3132 (c) through (f) of title 5.
