§ 120.1 Purpose and scope. (a) This part prescribes general procedures that apply to OPM guidance documents. (b) This part governs all OPM employees and contractors involved with all phases of issuing guidance documents. (c) This part applies to all OPM guidance documents in effect on or after April 28, 2020.
