This subpart prescribes policies and procedures for implementing section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of l973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 793) (the Act); Executive Order 11758, January 15, 1974; and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor (41 CFR part 60–741).
