47 C.F.R. § 51.205 — Dialing parity: General.
§ 51.205 Dialing parity: General. A local exchange carrier (LEC) shall provide local dialing parity to competing providers of telephone exchange service, with no unreasonable dialing delays. Dialing parity shall be provided for originating telecommunications services that require dialing to route a call. [83 FR 42052, Aug. 20, 2018]
