§ 17.5 Commission consideration of applications for station authorization. (a) Applications for station authorization, excluding services authorized on a geographic basis, are reviewed to determine whether there is a requirement that the antenna structure in question must be registered with the Commission. (b) If registration is required, the registrant must supply the structure's registration number upon request by the Commission. (c) If registration is not required, the application for authorization will be processed without further regard to this chapter. [61 FR 4362, Feb. 6, 1996]
