47 C.F.R. § 13.15 — License term.

§ 13.15 License term. First Class Radiotelegraph Operator's Certificates, Second Class Radiotelegraph Operator's Certificates, and Third Class Radiotelegraph Operator's Certificates are normally valid for a term of five years from the date of issuance. All other commercial radio operator licenses are normally valid for the lifetime of the holder. [78 FR 23153, Apr. 18, 2013]
