47 C.F.R. § 1.747 — Inconsistent or conflicting applications.

§ 1.747 Inconsistent or conflicting applications. When an application is pending or undecided, no inconsistent or conflicting application filed by the same applicant, his successor or assignee, or on behalf or for the benefit of said applicant, his successor, or assignee, will be considered by the Commission.
