47 C.F.R. § 1.735 — Conduct of proceedings.
§ 1.735 Conduct of proceedings. (a) The Commission may issue such orders and conduct its proceedings as will best conduce to the proper dispatch of business and the ends of justice. (b) The Commission may decide each complaint upon the filings and information before it, may request additional information from the parties, and may require one or more informal meetings with the parties to clarify the issues or to consider settlement of the dispute.
