§ 1.423 Oral argument and other proceedings. In any rulemaking where the Commission determines that an oral argument, hearing or any other type of proceeding is warranted, notice of the time, place and nature of such proceeding will be published in the Federal Register. [58 FR 66300, Dec. 20, 1993]
