47 C.F.R. § 1.210 — Electronic filing.
§ 1.210 Electronic filing. All pleadings filed in a hearing proceeding, as well as all letters, documents, or other written submissions, shall be filed using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System, excluding confidential material as set forth in § 1.314. A courtesy copy of all submissions shall be contemporaneously provided to the presiding officer, as directed by the Commission. [85 FR 63174, Oct. 6, 2020]
