§ 1.202 Official reporter; transcript. The Commission will designate an official reporter for the recording and transcribing of hearing proceedings as necessary. Transcripts will be transmitted to the Secretary for inclusion in the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System. [85 FR 63174, Oct. 6, 2020]
