§ 6.9 Inconsistent issuances of FEMA and/or its predecessor agencies superseded. Any policies and procedures in any issuances of FEMA or any of its predecessor agencies which are inconsistent with the policies and procedures in this part are superseded to the extent of that inconsistency.
