44 C.F.R. § 6.71 — Federal Register notice of establishment of new system or alteration of existing system.

§ 6.71 Federal Register notice of establishment of new system or alteration of existing system. Notice of the proposed establishment or alteration of a system of records shall be published in the Federal Register, in accordance with FEMA procedures when: (a) Notice is received that the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Office of Management and Budget do not object to the establishment of a new system or records or to the alteration of an existing system of records, or (b) No fewer than 30 calendar days elapse from the date of submission of the proposal to the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Office of Management and Budget without receipt of an objection to the proposal. The notice shall include all of the information required to be provided in FEMA Form 11–2, System of Records Covered by the Privacy Act of 1974, and such other information as the Administrator deems necessary.
