44 C.F.R. § 331.5 — Production facilities.
§ 331.5 Production facilities. All Federal departments and agencies shall give consideration to labor surplus areas in the selection of sites for Government-financed production facilities, including expansion, to the extent that such selection is consistent with existing law and essential economic and strategic factors.
