44 C.F.R. § 206.360 — Purpose.
§ 206.360 Purpose. This subpart provides policies and procedures for local governments and State and Federal officials concerning the Community Disaster Loan program under section 417 of the Stafford Act. Sections 206.360 through 206.367 of the subpart do not implement the Community Disaster Loan Act of 2005. (see § 206.370). [70 FR 60446, Oct. 18, 2005]
