§ 15.2 Definitions. Terms used in part 15 have these meanings: Administrator means the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Assistant Administrator means the Assistant Administrator, United States Fire Administration, FEMA. FEMA means the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Mt. Weather means the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center, Bluemont, Virginia. Mt. Weather Executive Director means the Executive Director of the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center.
