§ 50.15 What information about the elections for government offices must be included in the request? The written narrative thoroughly describing how and when elections were conducted for government offices identified in the governing document, including members of the governing body, must show that the elections were: (a) Free and fair; (b) Held by secret ballot or equivalent voting procedures; and (c) Open to all eligible Native Hawaiian members as defined in the governing document.
