43 C.F.R. § 49.500 — When can the Federal land manager assess a civil penalty?

§ 49.500 When can the Federal land manager assess a civil penalty? (a) The Federal land manager may assess a civil penalty upon any person who violates the provisions of this part or violates a permit issued under this part, in accordance with the process explained in this subpart. (b) For purposes of this subpart, each violation is considered a separate offense.
