43 C.F.R. § 48.35 — When must the Secretary determine if the proposed amendment requires Congressional approval?

§ 48.35 When must the Secretary determine if the proposed amendment requires Congressional approval? The Secretary will review the documents submitted by the Chairman, and if they meet the requirements of § 48.15, the Secretary will determine within 60 days after receiving them if the proposed amendment requires Congressional approval.
