43 C.F.R. § 423.17 — How will Reclamation reopen closed areas?
§ 423.17 How will Reclamation reopen closed areas? An authorized official may reopen to public use any Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies, or portions thereof. The authorized official may do this at any time with advance or subsequent public notice, except as required by other statute or regulation, and must document the reopening as provided in § 423.15.
