43 C.F.R. § 404.33 — How much Federal funding can Reclamation provide for the completion of a feasibility study?

§ 404.33 How much Federal funding can Reclamation provide for the completion of a feasibility study? In general, Reclamation will be responsible for 50 percent of the cost of a feasibility study conducted under § 404.11(a) or (b). You will be responsible to pay for the remaining 50 percent of the cost of the study using non-Federal funding.
