43 C.F.R. § 404.30 — How much Federal funding can Reclamation provide for the completion of an appraisal investigation?

§ 404.30 How much Federal funding can Reclamation provide for the completion of an appraisal investigation? In general, Reclamation will be responsible for 100 percent of the cost of an appraisal investigation conducted under § 404.11(a) or (b), up to $200,000. If the cost of the appraisal investigation exceeds $200,000, your cost-share will be 50 percent of the amount exceeding $200,000.
