§ 4.1117 Reconsideration. A party may file a motion for reconsideration of any decision of the Board under this subpart within 60 days after the date of the decision. The provisions of § 4.403 apply to a motion filed under this paragraph. [75 FR 64669, Oct. 20, 2010] Evidentiary Hearings
