43 C.F.R. § 4.1041 — What are the parties' rights during the hearing?

§ 4.1041 What are the parties' rights during the hearing? Consistent with the provisions of this subpart, and as necessary to ensure full and accurate disclosure of the facts, each party may exercise the following rights during the hearing: (a) Present direct and rebuttal evidence; (b) Make objections, motions, and arguments; and (c) Cross-examine witnesses, including OFA staff, and conduct re-direct and re-cross examination as permitted by the ALJ.
