43 C.F.R. § 3461.0.7 — Scope.
§ 3461.0–7 Scope. Each criterion in § 3461.1 of this title uses the phrase “shall be considered unsuitable” as shorthand for “shall be considered unsuitable for all or certain stipulated methods of coal mining involving surface coal mining operations, as defined in § 3400.0–5(mm) of this title.
