43 C.F.R. § 3425.1.9 — Modification of application area.
§ 3425.1–9 Modification of application area. The authorized officer may add or delete lands from an area covered by an application for any reason he/she determines to be in the public interest. If an environmental assessment of the modification is required, BLM will solicit and consider public comments on the modified application.
