§ 3287.1 May the unit operator request a suspension of unit obligations or development requirements? The unit operator may provide a written request to BLM to suspend any or all obligations under the unit agreement. BLM will specify the term of the suspension and any requirements the unit operator must meet for the suspension to remain in effect.
