43 C.F.R. § 3163.3 — Criminal penalties.
§ 3163.3 Criminal penalties. Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided in § 3163.2(f) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $50,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both. [70 FR 75954, Dec. 22, 2005]
