§ 3141.2–1 Geophysical exploration. Geophysical exploration in Special Tar Sand Areas shall be governed by part 3150 of this title. Information obtained under a permit shall be made available to the Bureau of Land Management upon request. [48 FR 7422, Feb. 18, 1983, as amended at 55 FR 12351, Apr. 3, 1990]
