43 C.F.R. § 3130.3 — Drainage.
§ 3130.3 Drainage. Upon a determination by the authorized officer, that lands owned by the United States within NPR-A are being drained, the regulations under § 3162.2 of this title, including the provisions relating to compensatory agreements or royalties, shall apply.
