§ 3110.5–5 Conflicting descriptions. If there is any variation in the land description among the required copies of the official forms, the copy showing the date and time of receipt in the proper BLM office shall control. [53 FR 22840, June 17, 1988; 53 FR 31868, Aug. 22, 1988]
