43 C.F.R. § 3106.8.2 — Change of name.
§ 3106.8–2 Change of name. A change of name of a lessee shall be reported to the proper BLM office. Include the processing fee for name change found in the fee schedule in § 3000.12 of this chapter with your notice of name change. The notice of name change shall be submitted in writing and be accompanied by a list of the serial numbers of the leases affected by the name change. If a bond(s) has been furnished, change of name may be made by surety consent or a rider to the original bond or by a replacement bond.
