43 C.F.R. § 3106.6.2 — Statewide/nationwide bond.
§ 3106.6–2 Statewide/nationwide bond. If the transferee is maintaining a statewide or nationwide bond, a lease bond shall not be required, but the amount of the bond may be increased to an amount determined by the authorized officer in accordance with the provisions of § 3104.5 of this title.
