43 C.F.R. § 3106.5 — Description of lands.
§ 3106.5 Description of lands. Each transfer of record title shall describe the lands involved in the same manner as the lands are described in the lease or in the manner required by § 3110.5 of this title, except no land description is required when 100 percent of the entire area encompassed within a lease is conveyed.
