43 C.F.R. § 3101.3.2 — Separate leases to issue.
§ 3101.3–2 Separate leases to issue. A lease offer for lands partly within and partly outside the boundary of a unit shall result in separate leases, one for the lands within the unit, and one for the lands outside the unit. [48 FR 33662, July 22, 1983, as amended at 53 FR 17353, May 16, 1988]
