43 C.F.R. § 3100.3.3 — Option statements.
§ 3100.3–3 Option statements. Each option holder shall file in the proper BLM office within 90 days after June 30 and December 31 of each year a statement showing as of the prior June 30 and December 31, respectively: (a) Any changes to the statements submitted under § 3100.3–1(b) of this title, and (b) The number of acres covered by each option and the total acreage of all options held in each State.
