43 C.F.R. § 30.405 — When may I initiate a purchase at probate?

§ 30.405 When may I initiate a purchase at probate? (a) To initiate a purchase at probate during the initial probate proceeding, the eligible purchaser must submit the written request before the completion of the first probate hearing. (b) If a property interest the eligible purchaser would like to purchase has been added to the decedent's estate under § 30.251, the purchaser must submit the written request within 30 days of the mailing of the distribution order issued under § 30.251(d).
