43 C.F.R. § 30.226 — Is a record made of formal probate hearings?

§ 30.226 Is a record made of formal probate hearings? (a) The judge must make a verbatim recording of all formal probate hearings. The judge will order the transcription of recordings of hearings as the judge determines necessary. (b) If the judge orders the transcription of a hearing, the judge will make the transcript available to interested parties on request.
