43 C.F.R. § 30.218 — How may the transcript of a deposition be used?

§ 30.218 How may the transcript of a deposition be used? A transcript of a deposition taken under this part may be offered by any party or the judge in a hearing if the judge finds that the evidence is otherwise admissible and if either: (a) The witness is unavailable; or (b) The interest of fairness is served by allowing the transcript to be used.
