43 C.F.R. § 30.203 — What will happen if the funds in the estate are insufficient to provide each heir or devisee at least one cent?

§ 30.203 What will happen if the funds in the estate are insufficient to provide each heir or devisee at least one cent? If the funds in the estate are insufficient to provide each of the heirs or devisees at least one cent, all of the funds will be paid to the oldest heir or devisee, whichever is applicable.
