§ 2931.2 What kinds of permits does BLM issue for recreation-related uses of public lands? The regulations in this part establish permit and fee systems for: (a) Special Recreation Permits for commercial use, organized group activities or events, competitive use, and for use of special areas; and (b) Recreation use permits for use of fee areas such as campgrounds and day use areas.
