43 C.F.R. § 2920.2.3 — Other land use proposals.
§ 2920.2–3 Other land use proposals. (a) A proposal for a land use authorization, including permits not covered by § 2920.2–2 of this title, shall be submitted in writing to the Bureau of Land Management office having jurisdiction over the public lands covered by the proposal. (b) The submission of a proposal gives no right to use the public lands.
