43 C.F.R. § 2916.2.2 — Assignments and subleases.
§ 2916.2–2 Assignments and subleases. A proposed assignment on a lease, in whole or in part, or a sublease, must be filed in duplicate with the proper office within 90 days from the date of its execution; must contain all of the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties thereto; and must be supported by a statement that the assignee or sublessee agrees to be bound by the provisions of the lease. The assignee or sublessee must submit with the assignment or sublease the information or statements required by § 2916.2–1(b) (1), (2), (4), (5), (10), and (11). No assignment or sublease will be recognized unless and until approved by the authorizing officer. (Sec. 2, 44 Stat. 822; 48 U.S.C. 361)
